Delivery Area:
We deliver to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through our COD delivery network.

Cash on Delivery Process:
1. Place your order by filling in your name and phone number
2. Our team will call or WhatsApp you within 24 hours to confirm your order and delivery details
3. Your order is dispatched only after confirmation
4. If we cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the order may be cancelled

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when ordering.

Delivery Timeframes:
- Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam: 2 to 4 business days
- Other major cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Remote and rural areas: 5 to 8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping is free on all orders.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number 

Failed Delivery:
If the courier attempts delivery and cannot reach you, a second attempt will be made. Repeated failed deliveries may affect your ability to place future orders.
